Sliding scale of $85-125/hr
Package arrangements offering discounts for concentrated periods of mediation:
$360 - HALF DAY
$550 - SIX HOUR DAY w/ hour break between two three hour sessions
$270 - Three hour mediation
$125 - Hourly rate
85/hr - Drafting agreement/document preparation
Primary focus is in the areas of family and divorce mediation crafting parenting plans and separations for disputants, prenuptials, and with couples and families of all persuasions.
Ms. Marshall is interested in mediating land and real estate issues, particularly those conflicts impacting environmental and public policy and conflicts arising out of the business negotiations of writers and artists.
Certification:
New Mexico Certification for mediators is first accepting applications beginning April 2008. Due to the fact that several of the course requirements are in new areas recently added to the trainings, there will be a provisional certification period, providing time for mediators currently in practice to expand existing knowledge and skill levels.
